Your Family Tree Maker registration data was not found in the Ancestry Registration database.

Here are steps you can take to resolve this issue, in the order recommended:

  • Step 1. Check data entered. Please click the Go Back button below, check that the data in all fields is correct and then try again. In particular check that the email address you have entered is the same one that you used to register with Ancestry.com.

  • Step 2. Provide proof of purchase. If your registration isn’t found after following Step 1, you may provide us with proof of purchase and we will add you to the database. For proof of purchase you may send us any of the following: a receipt from your purchase, a copy of an email you received with a download link and a license or activation code, or a photo of your Family Tree Maker CD or DVD disc.

  • Step 3. Purchase a discounted copy of FTM. If your registration is not found and you do not have any proof of your FTM purchase, you may still purchase a copy of Family Tree Maker at an upgrade price as long as you have some edition of Family Tree Maker installed.
