    Think you reached this page in error? If you are sure you purchased a copy of a MacKiev edition for $29.95 or more (and not just a CD, DVD or Family Pack), then there are two actions you can take:

  • Double-check Info. Click the back button on your browser and check that the email address and other data you have entered is the same one that you used when you purchased Family Tree Maker. If you have other email addresses, including ones you no longer use, try those to check to see if you used one of them for your purchase.

  • Provide proof of purchase. If you have a receipt to show your purchase of a MacKiev edition, you may still qualify for a free download of FTM 2019 updater. Click the Submit Receipt button below to upload your receipt.
