Please add your DxDiag report so that we could see all the details on your hardware and drivers:

  • Click the Windows® Start menu and choose the Run command
  • Type DXDIAG into the command line and click OK. The DirectX™ Diagnostic tool will launch.
  • Click Save All Information to save the report. Open the report file, copy all the text and paste it in the text field below.
